There is a three-night minimum.

The fourth night is free (except holidays).

There is a two-night minimum (except holidays).

Rent three nights and the fourth night is free (except holidays).

Policies:

Check-in:   4:00 PM unless other arrangements are made.

Check-out: 2:00 PM

Reservations:  Guaranteed with a deposit of $300.00 or one nights rental, whichever is greater.  Deposit will not be applied towards rental fee.  Full payment is due prior to arrival and before keys are issued.  Deposits will be refunded 10 days after departure.

Cancellations and rebooking: A 15% fee will be charged for cancellations or re-booking 14 days (21 days for holidays) prior to arrival.  No refund will be given for cancellations or re-booking within 14 days (21 days for holidays) of arrival unless we are able to re-book the entire reservation.  Then the cancellation or re-booking will be subject to a 15% fee.

Smoking:  No smoking is allowed on the property.

Pets:  To accommodate our guests with pet allergies and the wildlife in the surrounding area, we are unable to welcome pets.
