The Penthouse   The Penthouse  is the kids retreat right next to the main house above the garage.  The Penthouse is very private with over 600 square feet of living space and a full-size bath.   Close enough for supervision, yet self-contained and independent for the grown-ups

to have the main house all to themselves.     A foosball table or one of the board games are ready for play and should keep the kids entertained for hours... or they can settle in for a DVD on their own TV.  The Penthouse has a small refrigerator behind the bar to keep those trips back to the main house down to a minimum.  The Penthouse can sleep up to eight adults and kids with plenty of space to spare.
